Role

The Virtual Meetings Moderator will manage the platform setup, logistics and delivery of online meetings and presentations. They will provide the presenter with support including webcam, head set and audio. The Virtual Meetings Moderator will connect the online participants into the dedicated webcast platform, record audio and/or video and provide a post program summary report.

Responsibilities include:

Candidate must be able to think on their feet and have a clear speaking voice with great diction.
Knowledge of webcasting, conferencing and/or video streaming as well as a very high level of computer skills and Internet knowledge is required.
Tech-savvy, have experience with some customer service, and have background in utilizing one of our platforms: Zoom Meetings, Zoom Webinar, Adobe, or Intrado.
