What we do

We empower people to work

WorkGenius strives to create a platform that makes work better for both freelancers and businesses.

We believe that businesses of all sizes should be able to to collaborate with the best workers instantly, without the limits of geography, and easily, without the overhead of traditional hiring. We believe that by combining AI and human intelligence, we can help businesses achieve their goals.

We believe that talented workers should be able to make real money doing skilled work, regardless of their geographical location, racial or ethnic background, gender, social class, family obligations, or formal education. We believe that, when it comes to business, bias is inefficient, and talent is what matters.
