What we do

We empower people to work

WorkGenius strives to create a platform that makes work better for both freelancers and businesses.

We believe that businesses of all sizes should be able to collaborate with the best workers instantly and easily, both without the limits of geography and the overhead of traditional hiring. By bringing artificial and human intelligence together, we can help businesses achieve their goals.

We believe that talented workers should be able to make real money doing skilled work, regardless of their geographical location, racial or ethnic background, gender, social class, family obligations or formal education. Bias is as inefficient in the business world as anywhere else, which successfully brings talent to the forefront.
